My new eevee character!~ I was drawing at 
's house and I started doodling then I thought about him. I was randomly doodling in math class and POOF! Oxitona was born! It baffles me.... Me and 
have same pokemom characters.....nightshadow and tiffany,claus and ruth,lemon and thunder,(i drew him in elementary and he originaly had a lightsaber)backstabber and u-shock,and now Zann and Oxitona....... 
Oxitona is the type of guy that likes to piss people off,especially Zann
