The Unstable File,such a disgusting and awful place for a person or even an animal to be in. The insane as their little toys and test subjects. It would sicken and frighten the very sight of a person. We watch over the insane animals,anthros,pokemon and even humans. Humans,they are at this dangerous level. The Scientists try their hardest figure out why the subjects' brain function in this manor. Some,love the pain. Having scalpels pierce their skin as the blood slowly drips from their body onto the floor. Same for the scientists,no normal scientist would just take the job,and even if they did they would no longer be sane. The Leader and Vice-Leader,both sick and disgusting people who torment the unstable just for fun. They are both hated and feared by everyone.

"Zane!" called out a female cat. She jumped on his shoulder greeting him.
"Oh,hey Swiftail......" He told her. He was walking down the isles of the caged psychos. Some of them escape from their cages and roam around, but its still impossible to break out completely. Zane walks down the isles,entering quarters of each different classes mocking them all. Some are in the lunchroom,the ones that can control themselves at least. Some just roam,and roam,and roam everywhere. Some laugh in whatever type of emotion they are in.

"So Zaney,how ya been?" said the black and white she-cat.
"Fine,and dont call me zaney" he said with a dissatisfied face.
"I'm still so surprised your an Insanity Class" she said as she puckered her kitty lips.
"Believe me,I'm as shocked as you are. But I'm only human.." his voice trailed off. He sits by Eye Sore's cell and gives him a piece of meat. "Forgive me for not coming earlier to drop this off...I've been jammed in my cell for a while..."
"Oh well hehehahaha! That's okay. I've hypnotized a couple of people for my amusement so i haven't been worried about hunger" he quickly scarfs the meat down. Zane nods and walks away.
"Ya know,ya didnt have to be nice to that low class" said Swiftail with a now dissatisfied face.
"Look,i may as well gain some friends here....so just in case i get into any fights they can back me up. Like i have you."
"Yeah i guess your right" she agreed as she purred near his cheek.
